Mozart and Salieri (and scene from Faust)

Mozart and Salieri is a short play by A. Pushkin based on the popular conspiracy that W.A. Mozart, arguably the greatest composer of the 18th century, was poisoned by Antonio Salieri, his jealous contemporary.

In Scene From Faust, Faust suffers not so much from a thirst for knowledge and experience as from spleen, which Mephistopheles tries in vain to alleviate. Soon, Faust's boredom turns into a thirst for bloody entertainment. Directed by Aleksey Burago, this presentation features the art work of acclaimed artist Valery Yershov as well as actors Semion Kashirin, Anthony Nikitopoulos, Riccardo Ripani and Di Zhu.
